First Build

I just started looking into building a bike and am being overwhelmed with info. I would like a 4 stroke, 4 hp bike with 3" tires. Does anyone know of a post or thread with a build sheet or a list of points to consider before starting a build?

It has parts lists, assembly instructions, troubleshooting, pretty much everything you need if you decide to build a bike like mine.
