Whats a fair market value for 2007 Whizzer?

Hello,

I am new to motorized bike but have always loved them. I have the opportunity to purchase a 2007 Whizzer with no miles on it. Per owner it has only been used as a display.

What would be a fair offer? Anything I should check before?

650.00 Is a fair price. You can look it up in, Kelley's Blue Book.
Milling the head 60 Thousand ,and cleaning up the ports will really bring your motor up to life :)
Make sure you keep the head bolts torqued down properly.
