is occ stingray same as pacific coast chopper?

I figured I'd ask here are they essentially the same? Would the occ offset motor mount fit the pacific coast? found both on kijiji the occ is much more expensive so I'm leaning more towards the pacific coast chopper

Looks to me like all that's different is the stickers.

They are almost identical at a glance. Small differences such as the frame gusset at the neck, slightly different rake, etc. However everything on the Schwinn is superior in quality. The seat, the decals, everything. Its kind of like a comparison between two identical parts, one american or european, one chinese.

Scwhinn and Pacific are both owned by the same company. Probably just a re-issue.
