You can do that at the next Socal race on Oct 22nd. Just as long as
you are running bicycle tires it's all good my racing fan.

I am also allowing any kind of perpetual motion machines even
though you would think that would be too much of an advantage???
After all it is CA and there may be enough for their own class one day
if big oil doesn't get to them first!
