Or another grand added to it would be about what I paid for my place with 7 acres and two 24'X24' insulated, and finished garages.

Aw heck, just get any old government job. We don't have any sheriff her in Ashtabula county, but the sides of the roads are mowed nicely, and the guard rails are all sprayed with round up and then weed wacked....go figure.
