Why the long studs and multiple nuts/spacers on the engine side? It would look a lot cleaner if you'd replace them with Allen head cap screws. It is aluminum or steel? Steel would be the choice.

Other than that it looks okay as long as it doesn't allow any flex or movement.

Nice job, looks good. I like that you kept it simple as well. It would look a bit better if you follow 2door's advice above though.

With the bend it has it appears like it is made from Aluminum.
