10 years ago I still had a t.v. and usually had the morning news on while getting ready for school, U of M. I walked my dog across the street and when I came back in the front door I saw the towers on the news, one of them on fire. I sat down in front of the t.v. and started watching. I saw the other plane turn and hit the second tower. I knew we were under attack then and I rode over to a buddys house. Told him to turn the news on and we sat and watched both towers fall.

I did not go to school that day.

60 some odd views and no one else wants to share what thy were doing ten years ago?

This is one way to remember those brave people that were first responders and all the innocent people that lost their lives that day. It is also one of the ways we help each other heal. But if you don't want to share I can understand that too.

I was living with one of my brothers at the time and worked a swing shift. I woke up at 10am to the TV showing the South tower falling. Not a good way to start the day, I was shocked and furious. Didn't go to work. I watched Flight 93 go down, thanks to Todd Beamer and friends.

Yup, i was in class. The teacher turned the tv on and just then we saw the second plane run into the second tower. Sad. All those first responders that immediately went up into the towers to get people out. Since then, over 20,000 American troops have been killed in combat over in Iraq and Afghanistan. Over 2000 America troops have come back home and commit suicide. The federal gov. doesn't even care about the after affects the war has on these men and woman that come back home from fighting over in Afghanistan, and Iraq. My uncle fought in desert storm and he has dreams about when he was in the war and he even yells out sometimes..... Our servicemen and woman including firefighters, and police deserve the utmost respect. They serve this country better than our own government. The government is turning this country into socialism while our millitary is overseas fighting to keep the war there. If we pull out, there will be a another attack on the U.S of A. But its a war we can't win. We are buying oil from the Saudi Arabia and they are arming the very people we are fighting against. Only buy fuel from american and british companies. We have plenty of oil underground here in the us. But they want to keep it for when we really need it. The world is in a mess and it'll only get worse....
