First, I want to say thank you to everyone one this forum. I read as many threads as I could and felt very prepared for this build. I have the skyhawk frame and Silver Jet 66cc. I have the arrow Torquer expansion chamber coming soon!! First ride went very well, and it fired up first try!! Thanks again everyone!


Engine Mods - Silver Jet 66cc
1) 100% breakdown of block for inspection
2) All studs and bolts replaced
3) Port matching intake/exhaust manifolds
4) Polish heat, piston, exhaust port
5) NKG irriduim #7
6) Upgraded gaskets
7) Bolts correctly torqued
8) Clutch Adjusted properly
9) Chain broken so no tensioner is required. Added BMX chain tensioner

Frame - Skyhawk
1) Shimano V brakes and 7 speed shifter
2) Double wall aluminum rims 26"
3) Specialized Flack Jacket tires
4) Oversized seat, foam grips
5) CNC driver hub with 44 & 40 tooth rear spoket

Looks like you covered all the bases for a great look'n build!!

I'd have no problem letting you build my next bike...........really! And welcome to the clubhouse.

Nice job. This is your first build? And you got the knowledge to do that here?

Now that's making very good use out of the info available in a place like this. Impressive.

Congratulations. You did well. That's a fine example of a motorized bicycle and the fact that it is your first speaks highly of your talents and skills.
