i have the hp carb fom jnm motor, reed valve, hi per head and expansion chamber. the only way it dont 4stroke is to not have a air filter on it and to run the smallest jet. the carb is level, 36 tooth sprocket. i dont understand. i use 30z oil to 1 gal gas. any ideas?
