its some kind of strange, primitive two wheeled contraption with a front friction drive that first appears to have been built by a young person, but I would say the smart money is on Billy Bob and a six pack.
Billy Bob woulda used a big block Chevy engine, and made the exhaust out of the empty beer cans.
