i have a set of uses black cruiser wheels hand built around a sturmey x-fd front drum brake and a x-rd3 3 speed drum brake rear hub. black nipples and spokes. about a year on them, just about 400 miles. i will include with them the classic style 3 speed trigger shifter and the paul components duplex lever i use to control both brakes with one lever. they look true but i plan on having them touched up before sending them out. asking 200 for the whole kit. that is pretty much the cost of just the hubs or just the rim and spokes. how ever you want to look at it.
