No response from whizzermotorbike.com?

Hi all,
I've been reading this site for a short while and recently purchased a 99? whizzer that needs some work.
I ordered a clutch cable from whizzermotorbike.com on 9/13 and have not heard from them. Did I make a mistake? I have left several messages but have not gotten a return call. I guess if it doesn't come in a few days I'll reorder from someone else, along with tires, harness and the other stuff I need to make it right.
As soon as I get it running I'm hoping to be able to get a title here in Florida.

Yeah, all I was able to get was a bill of sale. evidently sat outside for quite a while. I bought it from a yard sale picker, he knew nothing about it. I don't know where to look for the vin. First thing though is to get it running.
