Also , On hard to star t motors I have taken some fuel and placed it in the sparkplug chamber to get it to spark over . Don't need much if you are getting a popping noise ... might be that you are not getting fuel to the motor ( this is an easy way to see if that is the case ). Good luck and happy motoring
