Just started up the 2nd bike I built out of the last batch of new kits I found.

Sitting & thinking 'bout how far kits have come these last few years. I find now that these new ones are using an adjuster bolt on the tensioner that is like the older bolts in the non-ball bearing tensioner - they lock into the slot so you can adjust with just one hand & not have to grab the bolt from the other side. Been dealing with the POS tensioners so long, that I was amazed how easy it could be : )

Mufflers are quieter now, and spark plug boots don't break apart now and motors run so smooth you can barely feel the vibes.

One big point is I can now sell them cheaper than I used to be able to buy them, and have them on the shelf for pick up cheaper than the customer can get them on the net.

We've come a long way.
