I was wondering what members opinions were pertaining to useing some form of threadlocker such as Loctite or Others on the nuts and bolts on their engines and bikes? What is your favorite brand and color?

Permatex makes loctite. I use the blue stuff. It's medium and holds well. As long as you don't use the permanent stuff, you should be fine. I only use it on my air filter housing screw and motor mounts.

blue gel loctite is good won't run all over the place my favorite. then the red evil devil loctite stud and bearing loc takes heat to get it loose again is the next best/ permanent my 2-cents.
in a pinch any sciclone rtv will work as a thread locker I use it on the oil pan nuts on my real airplane and have never had to stop on a cloud to check the oil yet.rotfl been doing it for 23 years no nuts have fallen off.
But I can say I've scared mine pretty bad a couple of times.
