so i found a problem with the coil cord that connects to the sparkplug, IT CAME OUT!! is there anyway i can reconnect it to the coil? i did see that it looks like i can twist it on clockwise and it will stay on. will this work? also, is it ok if i mount the carb sideways? i have pictures attached so you can see. the bike frame won't allow me to install the carb pointing upwards. thanks again !!

sorry, but this didn't really answer any of my questions.

1) can i screw the cable back into the coil?
2) is it ok to have the carb placed the way i do as show in picture?

thanks

up north now
It's a CDI, not a coil. Yes you can screw it back in where it came out from. Screw it in, clockwise.

It is not O.K. to run your carb the way it is shown in the photo....it has to be more or less level, that is to say, not at a 90 degree angle from more or less level.

so basically i have two options.

1) cut from the frame of the bike so i can point the carb upwards or...

2) can i cut these 4 things off so that i can turn the carb to point upwards? (see photo)
