Ok what is the millage on your bike .....over 500/ 1000???
I had a leak at my carb and it was from the gas line I put a zip tie on it and no more leak.
the black washer on the needel valve is it in th middel setting??
What is your running altitude if you are in the Mts set the black washer on the first line. (you may have to play with it a few times to find which one of the 3 setting will work for your bike.)
My bike has over 5000 miles on it and so far I have had to change those ****paper gaskets out to a better gasket material. Also check your spark plug I ended up using a hotter plug than the one that came with the kit
