I couldn't imagine the population density being so bad in ND that someone would run into a lime green motor bike, but what do I know about anything north of the Mason Dixon line or west of the Mississippi 
Bike looks good. I'd suggest a different color for the forks to offset it a little with some contrast, but that's just my opinion. That does look nice though. You should also make (or have someone make) some decals for the tank.
