So I've been researching building a motorized bicycle for a couple of years now, and I finally ordered the parts. What I have ordered so far is a Cranny (The college black and green version) and a Grubee GT5 from Piston Bikes. The bike is already here and the engine is in the mail. I was wondering what else I would need for my initial build to go smoothly. Eventually, I want to replace almost everything (wheels, handlebars, saddle, forks, chain, brakes, etc.), but for right now, I just need it to get me from point A to point B. I am staying at a friend's house for the next two weeks while I wait for the lease on my new place to start, and I need a way to get to work. (My old place was within walking distance of my job, but my friend's place is too far to walk from). So for now, I just need the bike to run. After I move to my new place, I can start fiddling with it.

Any suggestions on what else to get (other than a bike and motor kit) just for a bare minimum motorized bike?

Thanks!
