up north now
I just mounted up a 44T on a Bendix 76 in 20 minutes!

I used my cordless with a 10mm socket and set it on the lowest setting. I held the backer nuts with a 10mm box end wrench.

I went slow and cross tightened them all, then went back over them with the clutch on the drill set up all the way, but not "drill" which locks it.

The best part was that the Bendix 76 required only a quick dust cap mod, and NO MODIFICATION TO THE BRAKE ARM!!!(^)

The sprocket came with 10mm hardware so there was no interference with the bolt heads either.

Anyone who has set up a few coaster brake bikes will know why I am sooooo happy tonight.

Thanks for listening.:ride:
