Hi Everyone

I'm glad to have found this site. I have problem I need help with. purchased a motor kit from BGF, installed it on my bike, but the motor doesn't run.....not a single POP. I have everything installed exactly as instructed, but the engine doesn't make a single effort to start.
I have been through the fuel, carburetor, coil tests on magneto, and spark plug (New NGK)
I believe the timing is off, but don't really know the specs for or how to set it as it looks like everything is permanently mounted in the magneto.
BGF has stopped responding to my emails.
Any ideas? Anyone?

Getting spark, but very weak and inconsistent. I don't even have the kill switch plugged in yet. The clutch is fine, and I'm turning the engine over with the rear wheel held off the ground. I really think the coil CDI is bad
