I got up early this morning and grabbed a hold of my cold balls and sausage. Damn my fingers were cold. I added those to the Cabernet marinara and started the pot to simmering. It's been going low and slow since 8 am. I have 2 cases of beer nice and cold and a bottle of sambucca in the freezer. My sister and brother in law are coming over. Meatball sausage sandwiches with melted cheese on toasted hoagie rolls is the plan.
