this is my Huffy Causeway that i built using the 66cc engine kit..please dont be too cruel cause i am still new at this, and if you notice the duct tape it was just a quick fix to make sure no water got on any exposed ends of wiring.

I think that build is cool enough to deserve a sonnet written about it, or at least a haiku.

Huffy is a good learner bike to establish what your DREAM CRUISER is going to be. I parted my 1-plus year old Huffy out this weekend

And put all I could onto a Schwinn Panther. The 1+ year old motor is still powerful and quiet and smoke free with 100:1 Amsoil Sabre oil mix

Nellybelle's spring fork will have to wait till I find a 5 speed wheel to install front disk brakes to the spring fork.

Keep in contact the the list. You will have fun with yer bike (get a helmet!)
There's a great bunch of guys we all learn from here

I just scored this exact bicycle - the handle bars and chain guard I swapped out the broken Index derailleur for a vintage suntour and getting her ready for motorization

One thing I'm not to keen on the welds not as great as I like to see also does yours have the 2 pipe connection on the curved lower tube ?

I'm thrilled to see you have removed the stock fenders. The single biggest safety issue in our sport is noobs running stock Huffy fenders.
Looks great!

Hi screamthepoetry!

Nice ride. Heay that tape is the DIY's magic tool lol. But if you'd like to upgrade your wiring I found this seller for all the heat shrink you could ever need and at a very good price too.

This seller carries all sizes and colors you will ever need. $3.80 for 10 meters of 5mm wow that is dirt cheap. I've made extensive searches and this guy is the best. All purchases I've made with this seller have completed. Get a heat gun from HFT or use a hair dryer. Myself I bought enough to make 6 rides and then some, the prices are too good to be true but they are.

Have fun, be safe!

.shft.
