I'm not certain what that is. From what I can tell it has the standard 6 bolt ISO pattern that would attach to a hub intended for disc brakes. If your rims/hubs are not set up for discs you'd have to fabricate a hub adapter to hold the rotor. Not an easy job. The caliper mount does look like it would simply bolt on via the axle but it will need two attachment points, not just one. It looks as if it has a small mounting tab that might bolt to a fender mount on or near the dropout.
Maybe someone else has seen or tried that unit and will chime in.
Have you tried contacting the seller to ask?

That will work. He needs somewhere to mount that disc. Good find, Rodder.
Oh, and what are those big sheetmetal things covering your tires?

Didn't you ever hear the old maxim: "If God had meant for hot rods to have fenders,
you wouldn't have to bolt them on" :)

The rotor has the hub adaptor attached to it. The six hole adaptor screws onto a rear hub/wheel and is to be run on the front (rotor on left side) so that the adaptor is tightened when you apply the brakes. To use on the rear you can run a flip flop hub so you can mount on the rear wheel but there might be a clearance issue if you have your engine sprocket on the left side. this would be great if you are running a shift kit or jack shaft to go right side drive.
