Depends, what motor? Female cruisers/ step thrus are hard to motorize with a standard HT 2 stroke.
Sure, chick bikes can be motorized, just not with a $200 2-stroke kit.
Have you got $900 to through at a WallyWorld bike to go electric hub and batteries, then hope the bike holds up?
If not then there is still the rear mount gas option.
And then there is reality.
The simple direct answer is no, don't even attempt to motorize that bike.

You could mount a friction drive motor on the rear wheel. You would have to remove or modify the rear fender. I dont think you can mount a China girl in that frame.
I like the lines of the bike, also!
And, I would like to see someone mount a chinagirl up on top of that step-thru frame!
It could be done.
It would not be as strong, or safe from cracking as a top-bar frame, though.
IMO that would be less an evil than relying upon a sole coaster brake for stopping a motorized bicycle.
A string trimmer rack mount friction drive would be the most logical choice for your cruiser bike.
Or a hongdu solex.
NOT a overwhelming majority of solex fans here! lol

You can mount a HT on it. But it will be high and maybe too hot close to your ......

If you have access to the right tools you can change anything, last summer a member of the forum cut the top bar out and rewelded it at the top of the frame. It made a nice bike.
