Is it possible to 180 the cylinder?

New to the forum. I bought a junk bike years ago from a friend, but had to sell after my father-in-law broke his collar bone on it (wife's decree). Thing was a lot of fun when it ran. Just finished my first build in about 4 hours, ran and tweeked for 2-3 days, instantly hooked. Lot's of helpful info on here. Have done no engine work on these before, messed with the carb a bit. Has anyone tried to flip cylinder and head to make mod intake and exhaust easier. Figure i would ask before I rip the thing apart and see that nothing lines up. thanks -nick
