If you get a ticket in California now, you can show this video in court and say, "but Jay Leno said..."

Cool video, cool promotion for the sport, but they really need to research the laws. ANY gas engine bike, regardless of cc's, needs a license plate and an M2 license.

I think the only reason they're charging so much is because of the exposure from this video. Dude's pricing is outrageous. I checked out his website after this vid, for that price, might as well buy a SF bike or even a real motorcycle.
