Should I trade my 1995 Clear creek Schwinn for this

ok I searched hi and low to find out who and what made my new old bike and the closest i can find to being the exact frame with the same bend to the seat post bar the same pointy read drop outs, the same looking crank and this is what I ended up finding ..The first thing the old timer told me the bike was from England and that turned out to be false, so one never knows.. Would you guys say these two bikes are the same kind of bikes made by perhaps the same company?
