Default convert a coaster hub to 5 spd ?

Hey anyone ever try to convert a coaster brake hub to a 5spd ?
Heres what I have , a left over 64 spoke 26 inch coaster brake rear wheel from my wifes trike , an a 5spd on a 24 inch wheel , the easiest thing to do would be to relace the 5 spd into the 26 inch rim , the problem is I want to keep the the look of the 64 spoke rear wheel . has anyone ever tried this or can it even be done ? I am nervous about drilling that many new holes into the 5 speed hub, an cant seem to find any info here with our search.

the first question is will the 5 speed fit you bike frame before you do anything else to it?

most definatly will fit after stretching the frame 6inches in the chainstays I gained a significant amount of room for a 5 speed .

I don't think the conversion will work. Get a multispeed rear wheel (new or used), derailleur, cable, shifter and rear caliper brake and lever.
