Guy in Phoenix is liquidating part of his MASSIVE bicycle collection. He has about 10 bikes up right now and a few ( few ) are at reasonable prices. I just about went for that "Vintage Iron" job but ended up getting a "Torch" chopper from another guy. EDIT EDIT: He also has one O them Electra delivery bikes.
