That's a good deal, if I had a 4-stroke build in the pipeline I'd snag it even with the shipping to Phoenix.
Still trying to keep it together for now. This would make a great project for someone who is looking to start another 
Have you done a search on 'Motorized' under Bicycles for your area on Craigs List?
Besides posting an ad up contact the guys that build bikes in your area from their Craigs ads.
