The black one has a China girl. The red bike has a whizzer engine that is 138cc or so. Both of those bikes are stunningly beautiful.
That pic was taken at the first Socal Motor Bicycle event on June 18th 2011 at the Willow Springs go kart track.
that my friend is a wizzer and i wish i had one ! big boar and big valved ported and decked down with a custom cam ! then i would swap out from belt to chain drive and ride that baby all day long
