bad experience with king's sales and service

So i've tried to get kings sales and service help me out with a sprocket they sent out... contacted on youtube, contacted via email, and guess what... no response.

First time i ordered, i asked for a #40 sprocket, and received a sprocket designed for something like #415 BMX chain. Andy would not give a refund..

Second time i ordered, i got what i asked for... except i noticed that the 9 hole pattern is drilled out for 8.5mm - meaning that there is significant play in the assembly with a tophat adapter when 8mm bolts are used. There is no american standard bolt that fits in which does a better job.

I noticed that the sprocket i ordered in 2012 also had this design.
So this has been going on for at least 2 years...

I don't expect to get a refund for this one either.

So i'm out quite a bit of $ considering the first sprocket is not useful and the second will require me to send it to a machinist to get the holes properly bored out to something like 3/8"?.
