bike cannot idle or stay on for long, help

hey everyone, i think this is a carby problem, my bike cannot idle at a normal rpm without dying, i think i have huge air leak some where because the bike takes like 3 -5 seconds to go back to normal idle, and i also still have that carby leak. so what i done was i ordered a new carby this is the one i ordered. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/281153284936?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

then it is at a bad angle, or your float level is wrong, or your float valve is dirty/broken

oh, that shouldn't make it run bad, but may dissolve your clutch pads if it drips on the clutch cover
