well hopefully being a police explorer for my city will help me out like it has before. do you know if i can get my permit for the m2 before i take the rider course? im over 18 not 21 tho
I've had my M1 since age 16. I believe you must complete the written test and take the riding test before they'll give you the endorsement. It's really easy, ya just gotta do it.

Am I reading 406 correctly?
Seems like an 'automatic transmission' is one of the qualifying factors, also.

So an in n' out HT clutch doesn't fall under the regs?

I have said it before and it seems prudent to say it again here.

My HT engine has an automatic transmission. It only has one gear so it automatically stays in that gear.
Nowhere in the law does it say that an automatic clutch is required.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
