title sais most of but i need some help.....

things i need to know...

will it fit?will its weight and a gearbox snapo the frame?
or the wheels?
what gear reduction will i need?
among other thing that havnt thought of yet
centri clutch?
things i do know...

i need to keep the pedals for police eye candy
it has to go up some dam steep hills while holding
a good top speed on the flats
ive been offered a gx160 for cheap and the
replies by u people will make the descision
on one of these

well first of all look up a gx160 and get the spec sheet for dimentions see how tall itis and go from there as a start

I'm sure you will be able to fit the motor in the bike, but you will most likely have to fabricate a lot of the items you will need to make it all work. The Honda GX160 & Gx200 and their various clone motors are very popular for use in Mini Bikes and Fun Karts. There are alot of aftermarket performance items available for these motors. Check out Affordable Go Karts - Home page - AGK - http://www.affordablegokarts.com to get a feel for what all is available. Their site has alot of good information about these motors and how to modify them, remove the governor, set-up throttle linkage, etc.
