I started this on Tuesday around 11. Used a HF tubing roller, welder, assorted HF grinders, flap wheels, and files. Used the headtube and fork from my old Giant MB (my avatar bike) and the rear triangle from a dumpster find. Mostly finished it today. I still need to shape the deck and attach a red metal toolbox I found to house the batteries and speed control. And paint it... flat black ($2.49, SPARR Building and Feed). Very smooth ride and quiet!

Finished KickBike One... mostly. Needs a kickstand and lighting. Batteries and speed controller are in the tool box. Also, a leather belt to secure the tool box to the side rack. And fenders. And maybe a seat post stub and seat post stowed in the tool box. Rode for about 5 miles, averaged 20 mph with top speed of 23.5 mph.
