Clutch problems/ high resistance and reversed lever

You lever the 10 tooth sprocket with the chain removed and
it's easiest with the motor lying on your work bench on it's side
with the sprocket side facing up.

Also the clutch ARM on the case has to be pushed down when you
lever the sprocket to break the clutch free.

I use a 5" long cheater tube which slips over the ARM.
