engine chain LOCKED UP!

Does the rear wheel spin freely with the engine chain off?
Are you pulling the clutch lever in when you pedal??
Is the chain 'bunched up' inside the engine? (under the engine cover).
Also... sometimes the clutch is a bit frozen on new engines... If you said 'yes' to the first three questions, then try to free up the clutch by rocking the bike back & forth with the clutch lever pulled it to free it up.

It could be that you tightened up your rear wheel nuts too much...:/
