Are the cables wrapped around each other??? causing the clutch cable to physically pull on the throttle cable?????
Do you have the right cables hooked up to throtle & clutch?????

Sometimes the throttle slide sticks. The cable could be hanging up too. How's you idle screw set?

Take off the air filter cover, operate the throttle, and see what happens with the slide. It's going to be an easy fix.

sounds like the slide is not properly installed. there is a groove cut all the way up one side of the slide, where the cable goes. this groove needs to be on the opposite side of the idle adjusting screw.
