Schwinn Gridlock, PLZ HELP!

Hey Everybody, I'm a total newb to motor bicycling. I was wondering if anyone could help me out and tell me if Grybee Skyhawk 66cc would fit on a Schwinn Gridlock?

Oh I know it would be a tight fit for sure. But do you think I could make it work. I have a 2011 skyhawk where the carb is kinda offset from the engine if you know what I'm talking about, to give you a little more room to work with. And as far as a jackshaft that's not really a issue for me.
