They consider my bike as a motorcycle but I can challenge the ruling because I have a crank and pedals

How does that center stand work? Does it fold up forward?

Does the camera have a Sim card where the batteries go ? if so they should you be able to gently depress it and then it will pop right up just stick it in the computer and it will down load them to yer photos file.
What kind of computer do you have? lap top or up-right PC ? there should be two horizontal slots one smaller then the other,one on top one on the bottom(could be side by side ?) find the one that is the same size as the sim card, on the right side of the sim card (usually) the corner is cut at an angle that goes in top right side of the slot with metal teeth facing down, once you slide the sim card in it should take about a minute or less for it to upload into your photo album/file Oh! make sure the computer is on and then fallow the steps the computer gives you, sometime if? you have a printer you can do it from there but again make sure it's on too that was my first learning mistake He! He!
Here is what the slots look like in the printer if you have one? and similar to shape and size for the computer to down load from the camera sim card.

I have one on the side of my laptop but the problem is that pictures are stored on the camera's memory and I do not have the cord
Did you check the battery compartment ? you may need to get a plug for the camera to connect to the computer they cost between $5.oo/$10.oo good investment!
