So, my clutch is incredibly hard to disengage. I've tightened the cable as much as i can, and it still cannot disengage the clutch. I've managed to get the bike running without fully disengaging the clutch, but it still only runs for just a few moments, and the throttle only works slightly for the first 5 seconds.

Any ideas?

Ah, that's actually the clutch guide pin what you're talking about - but I'm glad you got it. The clutch plate is actually inside the clutch cover on the right side. The new Grubee kits have a detailed explanation on how to adjust that in their manual.
