This is an old video (2005), saw it years ago at dslreports.com forums. The link posted in this thread is from a guy who "stole" the video from another YouTube member who "stole" it himself. The kid was just trying to drive-by slap another friend of his on the back of his head as he did a few times before, but obviously wasn't too bright lol
