what kind of gearbox/ clutch are you running?
how noisy is that with a straight pipe?? or is the box muffler still on there?
what kind of speed do you get out of that chopper?

Im gettin about 6hp outta that awesome Honda cx35...40mph is pretty fast. Ported and polished intake and exhaust, Juice box intake, 15mm Walbro carb, High flow air cleaner. Straight pipe sounds cool like a Harley it chugga chuggs till it revs up to speed. Brake is suicide handle, stops good looks cool, but a little gettin usedto. I've git it reduced right now, just to make a sale... 600, seller arrange for pickup. The tranny is an X-2 pocketbike, I've had good reliability out of them, easy to service too.

did you stretch the frame yourself, if you did can you offer any tips.id like to stretch my OCC stingray but in my experience,welding frame tube has been a failure to me. i use a mig welder and i can weld very good. but on bicycles my welds always fail.
You need a TIG welder that will go down to 30 Amps. The Econotig from Miller is a good choice. Brazing is another option, although I cant say how good it is. MIG is too hot. Them TIG welds are much prettier too...
