Nice and clean. New build? Don't lean her out too much. She'll pick up power once she's broken in more too. Like after 3-4+ tanks are run through her.

Thanks. Yea lots of laps around the neighborhood with a pretty rich mix using semi-synthetic snowmobile oil. 3 -4+ tanks? should I really run it rich for that long?

Oh yea, at least. You'll feel the power really start to pick up after 2-3, to give'r an extra tank helps longevity for your bearings and the overall engine too.

Patience :D

I second the recommendation for keeping it running rich for at least one gallon of fuel at 24:1 ratio. Two gallons if you can do it. The extra oil won't hurt a thing, however not enough oil during break-in can hurt alot of things. The extra richness will keep the higher levels of oil in there along with the cooling effects of the extra fuel that goes along with it.
A win-win situation.

The only time to get worried about it is if the spark plug fouls out too easily.
Oh yeah, the factory spark plugs are junk too. Switch to an NGK B7HS for a good start on a quality plug. If you foul that one out then start thinking of leaning the carburetor out a teeny, tiny, little but until after break in.
