need help with an idling issue!!

just last weak i took my old motorized bicycle out of the garage
to run it but it would not and now i fixed it but i need help with an idling issue that when i pull the clutch in to stop it the motor will not idle. instead it just revs up higher and higher with out my hand on the throttle. also i need help with a problem that kind of relates to that issue i just told you about how can i fix an issue with my throttle because when i start the motor it speeds up by it self and it will not stop going faster intill i kill the motor with the kill switch

Sounds like a air leak or the carb slide or barrel is not closing all the way. remove the air cleaner look at the slide to make sure it is closing allmost, if not check for a pinched cable.
