One of my bikes has a spark plug that's half black (kind of shiny) and half grey. I have never seen this before. I had to adjust the clip position in the carb cause it was flooding the engine so I moved the clip up one notch and now it's at its highest position. It runs fine but feels like it's running lean as it bogs at wot. Has anyone come across this issue? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

Go back one notch. That is about right for good durability vs. power.
It should pull clean under acceleration and four-stroke a bit when loafing along.
Further tuning will not give much more power, but can easily go too far and cause trouble if you are not experienced reading plug chops.
Be aware you can destroy any two-stroke in short order running too lean.
Err on the side of caution for a happy durable chinagirl!
