Actually the stock mechanical brakes are pretty good as far as mechanical brakes go. I just got tired of having to adjust them all the time.
There's 3 outside suppliers that have practically dedicated their whole business to selling accessories to Storm eBike owners. All 3 are members of the Facebook owners group. Two of them are owners themselves, and the other one is located in China. Everything they offer to us is made to be plug and play special for Sondors eBikes.
As far as I know this is the first time in history that enough eBikes were made all at once to warrant making so many different dedicated parts for one model
of bike. It means owners can easily modify their bikes without becoming eBike experts.
