Thats a rod marking if I'm not mistaken and has nothing to do with which crank it has. Look for a ONE piece crank with NO bolt/screw on counterweights.
The one piece are the better cranks usually. (but like all china parts, you never know until it fails)

One piece is more likely to be 38mm stroke, 'bolt on's' style crank more likely 40mm stroke and will give better crankcase compression.
There are two rod lengths, 85mm and 89mm. Rod length determines piston A or B (high/low wrist pin).
All of the Chinese cranks are pot luck, but the DAX/MBR bottom ends do get good reviews.
